Terms of use
These are the terms on which TennisArena.eu is offered to you. They are short on purpose, because the site is short on obligations: there is no account, nothing is sold here, and nothing is asked of you except that you do not misuse what is published. Using the site means you accept what is below.
What the site is, and what it is not
TennisArena.eu publishes specifications, calculated scores, editorial articles and reviews about tennis equipment. It is an information site. It is not a shop: we hold no stock, take no payment and are not party to anything you buy elsewhere. It is not professional advice of any kind — including medical advice. If equipment is hurting you, see a physiotherapist, not a website.
Accuracy, and its limits
We take the accuracy of the figures seriously: every specification is entered from the manufacturer's own sheet, checked against a published source we link to, and marked unchecked on the page until that has been done. Even so, manufacturers revise specifications, shops change prices, and mistakes happen. Prices carry the date they were recorded and are not live. Nothing here is warranted to be complete or current, and decisions you take on the basis of it are your own. Tell us about an error and we will correct it and publish that we did.
Links to other sites
We link out to shops, manufacturers and sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their prices, their stock or their terms. Once you follow a link you are their visitor, under their privacy notice and their conditions of sale. Where a link may earn us a referral commission, the shop is marked as a partner on the row that carries it.
What belongs to whom
The text, the scoring model, the comparison tools and the layout of this site are ours. Product photographs belong to the manufacturers who published them and are shown to identify the product; player photographs are used under the licence stated on each image. Brand names and racquet models are the trademarks of their owners and are used to refer to those products, which implies no endorsement in either direction. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not republish the catalogue, scrape it, or reproduce whole articles.
Using the site properly
Do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it automatically, or submit anything through its forms that is unlawful, abusive or somebody else's personal data. Ratings and messages you send may be published in edited form or not at all; sending one gives us permission to publish it, and does not oblige us to. We can withdraw access to anyone doing any of the above.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it — including a purchase made on the strength of a figure published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them affects the rights you have as a consumer under Bulgarian or European law.
Changes, and which law applies
These terms can change; the date at the bottom of the page is when they last did, and the version on this page is the one that applies. They are governed by Bulgarian law, and disputes belong to the competent Bulgarian courts. Questions about any of this go to the contact address published in the footer.
The rules we hold to
