Boris Becker won 6 Grand Slam singles titles, becoming Wimbledon's youngest-ever men's champion at 17 in 1985 and winning the title three times overall. He reached world No. 1 in 1991 and was a central figure, alongside rival Stefan Edberg, in one of tennis's defining rivalries of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
